Install MTK USB Driver
- Install it from here.
Extract All Files
- Unzip both the TECNO BOOM J5 Firmware and the SP Flash Tool package.
Launch SP Flash Tool
- Open the folder and double-click on Flash_tool.exe.
Load Scatter File
- Click on Scatter-Loading button.
- Select the Android_scatter.txt file from the extracted firmware folder.
Begin Flashing Process
- Press the Download button inside SP Flash Tool.
Connect Your Device
- Power off your TECNO BOOM J5.
- Hold Volume Down or Volume Up button and connect your device to the PC via USB cable.
Complete the Flashing
- Wait for a Green Checkmark to appear indicating successful flashing.
Disconnect and Reboot
- Unplug your device and power it on.
